Wise HR Solutions has 25 years of Business Management and Human Resources experience.  Our company leaders have worked with leading Fortune 50 and 100 companies, as well as small start ups to help deliver results. Background

The leadership team has worked with successful public and private held companies such as Enterprise Rent A Car, Lowe’s Home Improvement, PepsiCo, Border’s, Ford Motor Company and Home Shopping Network. They have held management and director roles within these and other companies across a broad range of Human Resource functions including Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, HR Information Systems and Training.  Our team revels in leading projects and organizations to success by developing forward thinking employment and organizational programs that are built on fundamental business and human resource concepts.

Hands-On Experience

Our team has real world experience designing, developing, implementing and administering HR, Strategic and Administrative tools.  Below are examples of work our team has been directly involved with:

  • Conduct workplace investigations, compliance audits, and management training
  • Counsel employers on preventive measures to avoid or reduce employment-related claims
  • Design organizational structures, conducting job analyses and building pay and reward programs with an ROI focus
  • Develop progressive HR strategic plans aligned with total reward programs (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Designing employee handbooks and policies
  • Provide counsel regarding hiring/termination/unemployment practices
  • Design and lead harassment/discrimination training and auditing company HR practices for local, state and federal compliance
  • Establish anti-unionization campaigns, decertification of existing unions and local chapter negotiations

Education & Certification

Our team holds SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certifications and currently working toward CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification.  They also hold Bachelor and advanced degrees from well recognized schools including Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, University of North Carolina and Miami University of Oxford, Ohio.
